The registration fee is exempt from VAT according to §4(22) UStG. All prices are final.

- Standard registration (after 8 April 2019) 440 Euro
If you would like to bring an accompanying person, the fee is 250 Euro and includes the Welcome reception at the University of Zagreb Rectorate, the Barbecue Party and the Gala-Dinner at Westin Hotel.

After your registration you will get a confirmation from the International office.
An invoice will follow later on. Payment must be made in Euro in advance of the conference by bank transfer for the benefit of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Zagreb. The deadline for making the payment is 14 days after receipt of the invoice. You must cover any bank charges incurred.

Cancellations and Refunds
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the conference organiser via email firstname.lastname@example.org before 30th April 2019. An administration fee of 35 Euro will be charged for the processing of your cancellation request. Please note that no refunds will be accepted for cancellations made after April 30th 2019, nor for non-attendance of the event for any reasons.
Change of Name
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Please e-mail the conference organizer as soon as possible at email@example.com
